Brazen Butter Burger

Based on the famous Wisconsin Butter Burger, our version has a few improvements starting with a buttery Brioche bun that's toasted and lightly buttered, our amazing Brazen beef patty that's fried with a little bit of butter and seasoned with our house roasted salts, then covered with a thick American cheese slice, onions sautéed in ... you guest it! butter... then a couple thick pickle slices to balance out the buttery love!... We'd suggest you pair it with our Longsword Pilsner because that's just how it's supposed to be!! This burger is awesome as a double! No Sides included.
